Hannelie Whitehead
Hannelie Whitehead is a Co-Director of Whitehead Miller Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. She has spent the past ten years as a consultant in personal and professional development, human resource, and career management.
Hannelie's area of expertise and interest is changing the way people think and deal with their world. Combining her excellent interpersonal skills, and her mastery of a number of internationally recognised and accepted methodologies, Hannelie has successfully assisted many clients create significant positive changes in their work and personal lives.
Hannelie typically works one-on-one with board members, executives, and managers to transform their habitual, limiting patterns of thoughts, so that they achieve individual success and whole-of-life happiness, and improve their leadership performance and effectiveness at the organisational level.
Hannelie also has in excess of fifteen years in the Sydney print, radio and television media. Holding corporate management position in sales and marketing. Hannelie has developed extensive business management and relationship building skills.
Dusty Miller
Dusty Miller is a co-Director of Whitehead Miller Asia Pacific, and is one of Australia ’s leading consultants specialising in increasing the performance of individual leaders, their teams, and their organisations. He is an experienced and respected consultant in leadership development, organisational culture alignment, performance management consulting, facilitation and executive coaching.
With nineteen years service in the Royal Australian Navy, and post graduate qualifications in leadership, engineering and adult education, Dusty has an extensive theoretical knowledge, ‘real-life’ leadership expertise, and whole-of-life experiences on which he can draw to provide innovative, effective and relevant solutions.
Dusty’s facilitation and coaching style is challenging and supportive. He focuses on increasing the participant’s awareness of their strengths and development needs, assisting them to accept this reality, and then collaboratively working to achieve results through modifying habitual behaviours or reactions to specific issues or situations.
